Combatant Order - (Huan Chuong Chien Cong - Feat of Arms Order) also referred to as the MERITORIOUS MILITARY SERVICE ORDER, established by the Viet Minh in 1947 it is presented only for expliots against enemy personnel during combat situations.
This order is awarded only to Officers and members of the Viet Cong SAPPER, Special Forces Units.
