Army DI dui no backing 1st MEDICAL BATTALION Beer can Beercan Patch Type painted

Army Unit Crest
Please see the picture. This is an hard to find DUI/Crest for the unit shown.  It is in the condition shown. May have some wear from having existed over the last 50-70 years.  Out of a collection. If there is ink writing on the reverse, it comes off easily with a little alcohol.
Unit= ARMY 1st MEDICAL BATTALION patch type(29mm x 28
mm) - unknown #'d painted variation
Fastener= no fastener on back, never looks to have had one
Maker=no maker mark, Beer can type construction, painted
Time Period=Vietnam era  (from a recently available large collection of beercans)
Condition=as shown in pictures
